Steps for requesting a letter of recommendation from your counselor:

• Ask your counselor if she is willing to write you a letter of recommendation. When asking, make sure she is aware of your deadline. I require 5 school days to write the letter of recommendation for you. Please check your deadlines, and do NOT wait until the last minute.

• Complete the Letter of Recommendation Request Form. You must fill out a request every time
  you want a new letter of recommendation written. See link to access the form below. 

• Provide me with a copy of your resume. 

• I will notify you when your letter is complete.
