Title Programs

Notice of Federal Program Planning For Frost ISD

The Frost Independent School District is currently in the planning process for the 2023-2024 Federal Applications for the following programs:

Title I, Part A – Improving Basic Programs
Title II, Part A – Supporting Effective Instruction
Title IV, Part A – Student Support and Academic Enrichment Grants

Campus eligibility for Title I is based on low-income data and enrollment. Private Nonprofit Schools and/or Homeschools with government nonprofit status interested in receiving program information and/or providing input in program planning for services for eligible students may contact Mr. Steve Reynolds, Superintendent at 903-682-2711 or PO Box K, Frost, TX 76641.
